What is CrossFit
CrossFit training exercises include high-intensity functional movements and are varied constantly. It focuses on your cardiovascular fitness and overall physical fitness. CrossFit is good for people either they be young or old.
The goal of CrossFit training is to build a body that is capable of doing anything. Thus, it does not stick with the same routine. Can beginners do CrossFit

If you are a fitness enthusiast CrossFit is great for you. The consistency of workouts is structure, usually, it is recommended that you work out 3 days and take 1 day off. But you can work for consistent 4 or 6 days and take a day off if you like.
Bear the pain
CrossFit workouts are about completing your exercise quickly. So, it would need more effort. If you aren’t scared of the pain it would cause to complete the workout then go ahead.
